TAC Tales

TAC Tales are a collection of my memories from working in High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) from 2005-2007.  TAC was a difficult and stressful job, although it was exciting to work at Cisco with some very talented engineers.  Hopefully these stories provide insight into both the technical and human aspects of the customer support world.
